All-Fill is diligently preparing for our largest exposition of the calendar year, Pack Expo International. This year, All-Fill is excited to display our extensive product line in three separate booth spaces, which are conveniently located down the same 1400/1500 aisle. The main All-Fill booth will be found in the South Hall #1514, in addition to two stand-alone booths for Alpha Checkweighers, South Hall #1438 and Auger Fabrication, South Hall #1456.

All-Fill’s booth will be our largest booth measuring 55’ x 52’, located perfectly on a peninsula for maximum exposure. All-Fill will display all product expansions at Pack Expo including the brand new 3-A sanitary auger filler, B-350e touch semi-automatic auger filler, and the A-3200 Avatar VFFS (vertical form fill and seal) washdown machine. In addition to the featured machinery, All-Fill is also displaying our typical mix of broad offerings as well as some of the OEM integrations

Packaging trends have seen a slight shift from rigid packaging to flexible packaging.  In order to meet the demands of our customers, All-Fill will have a focus on flexible packaging at Pack Expo 2016.  “We will be displaying our auger filler integrated with both a bag clamp and a bladder to in order to handle pouches and pre-made bags,” explains Kyle Edginton, Vice President.  “The bag clamp and bladder are perfect solutions for customers seeking a semi-automatic operation.  For those looking for high packaging rates, we are also pleased to offer collaboration with OEM partner PPI Technologies (www.ppitechnologies.com; Sarasota, FL).  Using their rotary pouch machine, our auger filler easily rolls up next to it for high speed flexible packaging.”

Our 3-A sanitary auger filler is a project that took over 6 months to develop. In August 2016, the new 3-A design was officially recognized by the USDA. All-Fill is committed to offer the 3-A machine to all sanitary application whether or not the 3-A certificate is needed or not.  

The new B-350e touch is the same standard, dependable and rugged machine that All-Fill is known for within the filling industry however the machine now comes with an upgraded control that will make life much easier for any operator.  The touch screen resembles that of an iPhone and sure beats the archaic alphanumerical keypad of the past.  

Sticking to the sanitary theme of the show, the A-3200 VFFS machine by Avatar is now offered as a complete washdown unit complete with a drip pan that fully covers the machine acting as an umbrella for overhead washdown with one common drain spout that can be tactically located by the floor drain.  The HMI is also completely covered with a hinged plastic faceplate. The A-3200 washdown unit will be on display at booth S-1514.

“The All-Fill booth will also mix in complete packaging lines featuring our vibratory fillers, checkweighers, auger fillers and VFFS machines,” explains Edginton.  “Our customers will be able to find our booths located throughout the South Hall as they will be easily recognizable by the unique orange carpet. We expect to have our best show ever and we are proud and excited to show our customers how we continue to remain consistent yet innovative as well.”
