ALL-FILL INC. TEAMS UP WITH MALVERN PREP

June 4th, 2015

All-Fill Inc. has had the distinct pleasure of working with three recent Malvern Preparatory School students since their graduation last spring.  Andrew Powers (’14 – currently at Villanova), Dan Stemper (’14 – Marquette) and Dan McGlinn (’14 – Notre Dame) worked their senior year internship, which focused on mechanical and electrical engineering.

Upon completion of the two week internship, All-Fill President/CEO, Ryan Edginton (Malvern Prep ‘99) offered all three graduates the opportunity to work full time for the entire summer leading up to their freshman year of college.  “Powers, McGlinn and Stemper impressed me immediately with their willingness to jump right into a project, never scared of the next challenge. I could tell that they were well prepared for the work environment of our small business directly upon graduating from Malvern.”

All-Fill recently launched a brand new website full of easy to navigate features and customized for the best possible SEO (search engine optimization) results.

A majority of the media content on All-Fill’s website, www.all-fill.com  is due to the hard work of 2014 Malvern graduates.  “It was easy to see that the Malvern summer interns could lend a huge hand as we began populating the site with creative videos and photos.”

The website offers a comprehensive look at All-Fill’s expansive product line featuring semi-automatic and automatic auger fillers, inline checkweighers, VFFS (vertical form fill and seal) bag making machines, and linear net weigh vibratory feeders. “The interns had a great time working with high speed video cameras, Go Pro Cameras and DJI Drones in order to give viewers of All-Fill’s new site a truly unique perspective into the world of packaging machinery.”

As an extension of the internship and summer work, Dan McGlinn and Dan Stemper recently visited with the All-Fill team at Pack Expo International in Chicago of 2014.  Pack Expo is the largest U.S. processing and packaging trade show.  Over 2000 exhibitors display their product lines for corporate managers, engineers, sales managers, plant managers and supervisors.

For All-Fill, Pack Expo is the best opportunity for lead generation year after year.

The trade show enabled McGlinn and Powers the opportunity to not only see All-Fill’s machines on display but also auxiliary equipment that comprises an entire packaging line.  Virtually all packaged goods worldwide can be traced back to Pack Expo, there is little doubt that the experience will come back to help these students as it will be easy to relate to their engineering classes.

The Malvern interns formed a special bond with the All-Fill team, while they were here and will be missed. The team wishes them the best of luck in their future.

All-Fill and Malvern strive to work together whenever possible for mutual best interests.  For more information on how All-Fill can handle any of your packaging applications, please contact your regional salesperson or local manufacturers representative, or call 610-524-7350 and let us know how we can help you.
