ALL-FILL, INC. ACQUIRES PALACE PACKAGING MACHINERY AND THEIR BOTTLE UNSCRAMBLERS.

On April 8th, 2019, All-Fill, Inc. acquired Palace Packaging and their line of bottle unscramblers and desiccant inserters, marking a significant milestone in the company's growth. All-Fill has continued to expand its product line even further since its inception, consistently innovating and adding new solutions to meet the evolving needs in the packaging industry. The acquisition of Palace Packaging has positioned All-Fill as a comprehensive provider of packaging equipment, enabling the company to offer a full suite of products and services. This makes All-Fill a one-stop-shop for all packaging needs, from fillers and feeders to checkweighers, baggers, labelers, and now bottle unscramblers.

Palace Packaging has been a trusted name in the industry for decades. They were founded in 1986 by Paul Taraschi Sr. Under second generation ownership by Paul's sons, Stephen, Chris and Paul Jr., Palace Packaging was seeking a buyer that could elevate its profile and All-Fill was the ideal partner. All-Fill was easily able to integrate with Palace's robust product line of unscrambling machines and desiccant feeders, further enabling complete line integration under the same roof.

Rather than rebranding each company separately, All-Fill became the common brand name for all product lines. "The product line was a perfect fit, but more importantly, All-Fill acquired elite level talent in the Palace deal," exclaims Ryan Edginton. Key All-Fill personnel such as Tom Getchell, Phil Cook, Chad Martin not only helped with the transition from Palace to All-Fill, but have gone on to play very integral roles at All-Fill.

All-Fill's bottle unscrambling machines are designed to excel in high-speed packaging operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity for production lines. Our bottle unscramblers are engineered for seamless integration into existing production lines, providing a smooth and hassle-free enhancement to packaging operations.

With this expanded product line, All-Fill can better serve its customers by offering advanced and reliable packaging solutions, maintaining its commitment to quality and innovation in the industry. All-Fill is the primary place for your packaging solutions, spare parts, change parts, service, and more. We are pleased to host factory acceptance tests and customer visits to ensure that we continue to deliver the highest level of quality in the industry. Our commitment to becoming the single source for all your packaging machinery solutions is stronger than ever.

Along with successfully acquiring the equipment and personnel, All-Fill, Inc. also secured Palace's manufacturing facility located at 4102 Edge's Mill Road in Downingtown, PA. Palace Packaging operated out of a 35,000 square foot building that was only 10 miles from All-Fill's Exton, PA manufacturing home. Renovations began quickly to transform the existing building to be the new home for All-Fill's sister company, Auger Fabrication

"All-Fill and Auger Fabrication were co-located since the inception of Auger Fabrication in 1984, so the acquisition of Palace was the perfect opportunity for Auger Fabrication to stand alone as an independent OEM outside the shadow of All-Fill," exclaimed Eric Edginton. Having the ability to uplift this prime location, let Auger Fabrication expand their production in supplying premium augers and spare parts with the shortest lead times in the filling machine industry. This new facility is also beneficial to the Downingtown area by bringing life to a building that has stood tall for many years.
