Avatar, a division of All-Fill Inc.’s fine family of companies is excited to display the latest Vertical form, fill and seal innovations at West Pack in Anaheim, California on February 11th through 13th, 2014.

All-Fill’s extensive product line will be located in Booth 4921, along with our sister company Auger-Fabrication.

            Avatar will be exhibiting our A2200R VFFS machine. It will be equipped with an All-Fill Model B Auger Filler. It will also have a Video Jet Thermal Transfer Printer applying a Lot Number/ Date Code to the package. The A2200 is capable of producing packages as small as 2.5” wide by 3” long up to a maximum of 12” wide by 20” long. All package changeovers are accomplished without the need for tools, and can generally be done in less than 10 minutes. The A2200 controls and HMI are fully integrated with the Model B Auger Filler allowing the operator a single location to setup each production run. As a standard, 50 product recipes are provided, making the operator’s job of programming for the next run very easy. When an Avatar VFFS machine is integrated with one of our Alpha Checkweighers, we can provide feedback to the filler for automatic weight adjustment.

            Steve Pentek, Avatar Sales Manager, will be in the booth along with other All-Fill and Auger-Fabrication personnel and our west coast manufacturers’ representatives Package Devices. They will be on hand to demonstrate the A2200 and discuss how All-Fill can provide an answer to your application needs.  The Package Devices group can not only source the All-Fill related equipment for your application, but also any upstream or downstream equipment that may be pertinent to your application.  If your company is based on the west coast, All-Fill will gladly introduce you to their team.
