All-Fill packaging machines continue to stand as the one and only industry leader, with a focus on future designs and advancing technology.

GLENN EDGINTON RETIRES

January 10th, 2014

All-Fill Inc. and Auger-Fabrication would like to bring recognition to Glenn’s many feats and accomplishments and thank him for his efforts and ideas that have given way to unprecedented company growth.   Under Glenn’s leadership, All-Fill and Auger-Fabrication have both continued to see steady, yearly growth.  The company’s culture is a rock solid, enjoyable place to work that is most certainly a reflection of Glenn’s persona and good nature.  At the beginning of Glenn’s tenure, All-Fill was a young but growing company that was a manufacturer of only semi-automatic and automatic auger filling machines.  Today, the company boasts a very diverse product line featuring a full range of Alpha Checkweighers, All-Fill Inc. Vibratory Filling Machines and Cup Fillers as well as a distinct niche in the marketplace for custom packaging designs.  In 2012, Glenn was most instrumental in a deal that resulted in All-Fill Inc. acquiring Avatar VFFS from Magnum Systems in Kansas City, MO.

“The acquisition of Avatar was a direct result of Glenn’s influence in the packaging machinery industry,” says his oldest son, Ryan Edginton.  “Glenn established relationships with OEM’s that were long lasting and real. When the Magnum Systems made the VFFS line available, the first call made was to Glenn’s office as All-Fill was viewed as an obvious choice.  The acquisition of Avatar seems like the perfect complement to our existing product lines and should set All-Fill up for many years as we continue to strive to be a comprehensive supplier of packaging machinery.

Starting as a regional salesperson for Auger-Fabrication, Glenn parlayed his sales success into a charismatic leader for both companies, succeeding his father, company founder/originator Richard A. Edginton (Chairman).  As Glenn departs his day to day activity and settles in to his new role as Vice Chairman, third generations of Edginton boys, Ryan (President/CEO), Kyle (Vice-President of Sales), and Eric (Auger Fabrication, VP Sales and Marketing) embrace the challenge and opportunities presented to them from generations past.

In retirement, Glenn will actively seek a healthy lifestyle centered on fitness, as well as the many opportunities to travel alongside his wife Cathy.  As a retirement gift, All-Fill and Auger-Fabrication are sending Glenn and Cathy on a trip to Tahiti, in addition to flying lessons.  Here’s to a happy retirement and many years of great memories and prosperity, Thank You Glenn!
